Why Attic Cleanouts Are Difficult
Attics present unique challenges: low headroom that makes standing impossible, insulation that must not be disturbed, pull-down ladders that limit what can be carried out, and items that have literally been there for 20+ years.
Our crew works attic cleanouts regularly. We use proper footboards to protect your ceiling joists, take care around insulation, and relay items down safely when headroom is limited.

Important Notes
We do not remove active insulation from your attic (blown-in or batts) as part of a standard cleanout - that requires a separate contractor. However, we do remove bags of old insulation from a renovation or attic prep project.
Attic Cleanout Pricing
Attic cleanouts are a labor and truck fee starting at $450 (it depends on the distance and location of the job), plus flat junk fees for larger items by size: small $50, medium $75, large $100, and extra-large $150. Full attic clearouts with lots of boxes and stored items are quoted from photos or on site.
Narrow attic stairs and pull-down ladders are part of building access, which can affect the labor fee. We confirm the full price before we start.
